New Steam Deck Update Bricks an Owner's Screen

A Steam Deck owner says a recent system update has left the handheld's built-in screen unusable, with the device only displaying an image when connected to an external monitor. Valve launched the Steam Deck in 2022 and has continued supporting the handheld through frequent SteamOS updates.
