Where to find the pond jockey location in Grounded 2

Tracking down Grounded 2 's pond jockey is an important step toward making underwater exploration easier. The pond jockey itself isn't particularly special, nor does it give you more than one drop. However, scanning that drop unlocks a new weapon designed for underwater combat.
