2Unreal5Underground

A fangame that aims to remake the gameplay and story of Need for Speed: Underground 2. It originally started in Unreal Engine 4, titled 2Unreal4Underground, but it has since moved to a custom version of UE5 to utilize its features. TUFU is in active development and had an alpha release at the end of 2024.
